Terms of Service

Please read this before commissioning me!

General

• By sending your payment, you agree and abide to my Terms of Service.• These Terms of Service are subject to change at my discretion, and apply to past, current, and future commissioners.• I have the right to refuse or cancel a commission.• I will not do NSFW; the closest I may draw to NSFW is nudity for the sake of reference sheet anatomy.• You can send me references but I will NOT trace them.• I can always refund you, but I can't refund the time I spend on my art; I will begin working on the commission as soon as your payment makes it to my account, which can take 1-3 days.• After your payment is received, you will receive a Google Drive folder link which I will update with WIPs as I work on the art with your input. You will be notified when the artwork is complete and uploaded to the Drive folder.• The Google Drive folder will contain a high quality PNG, a low quality JPG, and a receipt. You will have 3 months from the day the commission is completed to download these and make your own backups, before the Drive folder is deleted to make space for more commissions.

Copyright

• As the artist, I retain the rights to the artwork. I can post the artwork on any social media or website, and stream or record the art process.• You may use my artwork that you commissioned from me for personal use, but you may NOT resell it or profit off of it. (e.g A personal T-Shirt is fine, but NOT selling T-Shirts with my artwork on it.)• You may post my artwork that you commissioned from me IF you give me credit.• You may NOT trace my artwork, whether you commissioned it from me or not.• You may NOT use my artwork, even if you commissioned it from me, to train 'AI' and/or image-generating algorithms, neither for commercial nor personal use.• You may NOT use my artwork, even if you commissioned it from me, in any blockchain-related technologies. (NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc)• You may use my artwork for a social media profile picture, whether you commissioned it from me or not, IF you give me credit in your bio.• My signature, logo, and/or watermark will remain present in all of my artworks, and may NOT be resized, cropped, or removed under any circumstances.
